Things I don't understand

This post may offend some, but it's the honest truth..

-Why people who are ranked on the upper parts of Top Baby Blogs beg for votes because it's helped them 'meet so many amazing people.' Um, possibly. But let's keep it real here, and say please vote for me because I want to be the top baby blog! Period. While you're at it, want to vote for me? (Shameless, right?) I'm somewhere lost in obscurity-- I scrolled back to 150-200 and STILL couldn't find my blog. Perhaps if I make it to the front page I'll meet some amazing people and be able to honestly write that on my blog.

-Why bloggers who have a lot of followers (1) don't comment or look at your page (I'm just assuming they don't because they don't comment) and (2) don't follow back. I understand that blogging is a career for some, and therefore, you don't have the time or whatever to glance at other blogs, but aren't you popular and getting paid/sponsored because of little people like meee? WHEN (haha) my blog takes off and becomes the next big thing and I have ten trillion sponsors, you guys, I will still check out your blogs and comment on your random musings and super cute baby photos.

-Why MTV glorifies puts these kind of kids on their show. Um hello, I watch Teen Mom and enjoy the madness just as much as the next person, but when a relationship turns abusive on camera with the baby in the room and NOW the leaked nakey pictures .. me think it's time to have some moral fiber and yank these kids (because that's what they really are-- KIDS) off the air. The amount of $$ they get for having their lives taped = ridiculous. I could maybe, maybe get behind this idea if 75% of the money goes directly into the children's savings account, or education account-- but not towards this:

-Why it is such a big deal that Two and a Half Men is going to be cancelled ... I don't know anyone that even watches this dang show. And Charlie Sheen is totally cuckoo for coco puffs.



-Why they don't make quality, wholesome shows like this anymore...
Hahahaha Boy Meets World! And why don't sitcoms try to teach us lessons anymore, like how in Full House at the last 5 minutes the music would get really slow and soft and we would learn that Michelle, it's important to SHARE your toys, or DJ, it's OK if you're not the prettiest girl in class because you're good at lots of other things.

-And last but not least, why how celebrities can be married for 5+ years (or so), get divorced and be in a relationship the following day? (Also, I just learned how to do that strike through thing and clearly I am obsessed)
