that the Lord is working up something big in my life... I can just feel it. I've gone on COUNTLESS interviews for the past 2 years and finally accepted that the 'work' God wants me to do is stay put with my little one and raise her to be happy, healthy and a God-fearing child. (which I need to do more of).I started going on a few more interviews recently and there was one position I was so SURE was meant to be mines, but lo and behold, I recieved a generic 'there are no positions at this time' ... WHAAT? I just interviewed there! Rude.
Went on ANOTHER interview yesterday and I could instantly tell that while they liked me, I didn't like the position.
So I'm waiting patiently, guys, and giving it all up to the big guy upstairs :)

Aw, love the family fun days! If we had FT jobs, we'd miss out on so many of those. And I'm with you - just trying to be at peace in the unknown and soak up every moment of mommyhood. We won't regret it!

ReplyDeleteLove family fun days. This is something that we don't do often enough. Life seems to get in the way. Sometimes things can just be put on hold to spend time as a family having fun!
Trying to accept things that are God's Will are hard for me a lot of the time. I am trying to be aware of his Will and respect it.

I love that red bag! The interview/job search process is so tough, especially right now in this economy. My husband's started going through it and it's not easy! You'll find something that's right eventually, and you're right that being home with your girl right now is a very important job.

Thanks so much for following me! I love that coral colored bag you posted. Longchamps are fun, but have only one small interior pocket, which makes it kind of difficult to use as a purse. I remedied that by getting two small Longchamp make-up bags and using one for make-up and one for small "junk" that floats around my purse. That's a great option!
