I stumbled across this 100 workout on pinterest and thought, great! This sounds amazingly easy. Jumping jacks?! I used to do that in PE in elementary! Crunches? No prob. Leg lifts? Easy peasy.
HA. I will admit that I was going to knock off "run 10 minutes" because, let's get real here. Welp, I'm halfway through this crazy workout (stuck on the 70 leg lifts-- I've done 60 so far and I'm ashamed to admit I googled "how to do a leg lift") and I'm ready to quit.
This is hugely embarrassing, but you darned 100 workout, you are kicking my @$$.

What do you do to keep in shape? To lose a few pounds? Cut carbs? I need HELP.
And motivation!

I am seriously trying this tomorrow! I need a workout that will kick my @$$ because I am not being the least bit successful!
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better tomorrow!
Hello, I am a new follower. I would love it if you would visit my blog and follow me back at Valerie @ My-2-Cents
ReplyDeleteThank you
Have a blessed week!
**THX Alexa Blog Hop
At least you are trying girl. MORE than I can say :( SIGH!
ReplyDeleteWow, I didn't know you were so athletic! I love to be active, yet I am doing a terrible job of it now with the little one. I try to eat well (lots of home cooking, high on the veggies/low on the meat, rarely eat rice, organic when I can, no sodas/juices, minimal processed foods) and drink coffee (appetite suppressant) and do outdoorsy activities with the family. That keeps me in decent shape. I can already tell that that workout would knock me out!
ReplyDeleteI am so with you! Struggling to figure out a way to get in better shape and eat right. I used to be so athletic too - I was a dancer and on the rowing team. I actually like to run but it tough with 2 kids cause I can really only push 1, and that is TOUGH! I'm going to have to try this workout though. I probably won't get it all in at one time but I could try doing it at intervals and get the whole thing in in 1 day. Thanks for sharing it!
ReplyDeleteI hope you get some great tips and motivations!
I work out on the elliptical for 30 minutes a day. That's it. You can burn some major calories if you really up the intensity.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh I can relate to this post so much. I'm on-again, off-again, and this spring I jumped into it big time and promptly messed up my knee badly. UGHHH! Still I can do crunches and upper body stuff and will do it because a healthy old lady recently told me "use it or lose it!" Keep at it! I love your pinterest workout - I have to print that out!
ReplyDeleteoh wow...i think i need to try that! :) i think i would faint after the first 50 jumping jacks though haha!
ReplyDeleteYou sound like me too. In high school I was so active- but I was on sports teams. Going to the gym bores me so much. I could try this, but I'm not motivated enough to keep at it!
ReplyDeleteI have joined a tennis league and soccer team again this summer - so that will help, but the everyday workouts bore me too much.
