Hey all! Looks like blogger erased my tumblr thursday post! Oh well. Yesterday we went to a park day with Tiny Tots and I managed to snap a few pictures since Vance was able to join us. The weather held out and though it didn't rain, it was hot and humid.
Madness when we arrived!
We blew bubbles
Watched the boys play with water guns (my girl kept squirting herself in the face and lost interest real quick)
Played on the trees
Hydrated
And for the grand finale, had a mini water balloon fight! My girl and her 'boyfriend' (on the right), Jonah -- who is not wearing pants because he got them wet with the water gun/bubble situation

Okay on a side note, my girly is going through a no shoe phase and it is driving me NUTSO! She takes them off after about an hour of wearing them, regardless of where we are, or if we let her choose which pair of shoes to wear (and let me tell you, she has a LOT. Crocs, Toms, Boots, slipper [flip-flops]). I tried compromising and telling her that if she takes them off, she has to carry them everywhere we go, but this is not always a good compromise. Any advice?

ReplyDeleteAre they getting to be too small? She might be going through a growth spurt... Or maybe the heat is making her feet sweat and feel funny to her? Or perhaps there isn't any explanation for it because she's 2 :) Keep doing what your doing, and hope it's just a phase!
