.. you watch Snow White for the first time ever (to explain: my brother & I are
nine years apart, so my parents were exhausted from watching little kid shows and Disney movies so I was deprived of a lot of the classics! I just saw Peter Pan for the first time, Snow White [though I haven't finished it yet], haven't seen Sleeping Beauty ... may be the reason why I love princess-y stuff!) and the first thing that comes to mind isn't how romantic the story is, or how cute the prince is, or even how awesome her wardrobe is ..

... but my first thought was how LUCKY she was to have little cute animals helping her clean, wash dishes and cook :(
Cinderella had that pleasure as well!

It's the same in Cinderella. Even if she didn't end up with the prince she could have opened up a dress shop with the mice.
