This past weekend I left Vance and Brooke at home and scurried off to join my friends at our high school, where they had a food & drink event. Tickets sell out quickly and we were lucky to have bought them early enough to get a seat! The food was okay -- would have been a lot more enjoyable if I liked fish, as most of the chefs chose to make fish dishes or raw fish things, but the wine & the cupcake/desserts were delicioso!
It was so very nice to get out at night with my girls. As we walked around the campus for one of the first times since I graduated high school, I realized how
lucky we were to have attended there! So beautiful ...
Looks like you had a fun time!
ReplyDeleteFun! I love going back for events. We really are blessed to have gone there! I can only hope the same for my own kiddos. :)
ReplyDeleteAwww looks like you had fun!!! Mine is in a few months - can't wait!!
ReplyDeleteI guess this was a high school reunion, right? If so, what year? Looks like it was a lot of fun no matter what the celebration was for! Thanks for sharing and visiting my blog too!

ReplyDeletelooks like such a fun time:) like Jill said above me, this puts my high school to shame! mine was in the middle of a corn field and was just the tiniest thing ever:)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great time! :) What a beautiful school you attended. I got to revisit my old high school a couple of years ago and I can't believe how small it looks to me now. It was so HUGE and daunting that first day of high school!
ReplyDeleteThe food you had looks amazing! Especially the desserts! :) My favorite part of any meal!
