first off, thank you everyone for your kind words :) we are excited for october! well, i am anyway. i don't *love* being pregnant like some women do and i gain a lot while PG, so let's see if i can curb that this time around, mmkay? we actually know what we're having already, but i think we'll keep it to ourselves for a few more weeks.

my sister-in law and her husband welcomed baby Mason on April 18-- two days before he was due. His birth was fast... he was ready to experience the world! He looks just like his daddy and so far is an easy going little guy. I can only hope for the same for our next one!

we also went to my high school's family fair .. brooke had a great time, but i hate fighting crowds and standing in lines for bouncy houses and fair food (which was delicious though)

  1. Your new nephew is adorable. That must make you even more excited for your own new baby. Hopefully this pregnancy will go more smoothly for you. It's frustrating sometimes when what your body does is just out of your control! i hate the new blogger layout too. It's visually much more difficult to navigate.

  2. Hey! I only gained half of what I gained with my first so you should be good :-) I ate the same, etc. I can't wait to find out what your having. Congratulations on your nephew! He's so cute!
