Recently, in phone pictures ... & weeks 23-24

We've been enjoying summer to its fullest extent-- no work is SO NICE! I forgot how much being a "stay-at-home-mom" is so freeing. Well, work will start in a few weeks (boo), but we are leaving on a family vacay  tonight! So excited, it'll be the first -- and most likely only -- trip we take this year. I know it is going to be such a special vacation for my entire family -- I'll elaborate when we get back.

For now, here's my life according to my phone:

Brooke's hair is getting noticeably darker, as I expected it would ... it just makes sense since Vance has dark hair and my hair is (almost) black. 

I was going to wait until week 25 to take another picture, but heck this is my last pregnancy so I figured I'd try my hardest to keep up with the weeks. Remember how I mentioned that we had a name for the little man? Well Brooke tells everyone what his name is going to be and I've been receiving a lot of negative feedback on the name... lots of, "you're not going to name him that, right?" Or .. "..... really?"

Well heck, Vance and I (and a few select others) like the name so we were going to go ahead with it, but last night Brooke decides that she wants to change the name! We'll see what we end up with.
