27 weeks

27 weeks, cheers! This past week I took my one hour glucose test (and didn't hate it) and started work, which I'm not thrilled about, but the $ will be nice again. I'm starting to struggle with what to wear-- I just don't feel comfortable in anything anymore, but thankfully I haven't bought too much maternity pieces. Just purchased my first maternity jeans this time around from Old Navy at 25% off today. I forgot how much I loathe those front panels!

Here I am, trying on a dress for my brother's reception. I ended up not buying this one, I felt like a whale in it!

Little Man purchases

Things are getting serious around here, folks. I hit 27 weeks this week and I'll be honest, we haven't done much to prepare for this baby. Here are a few purchases that either friends, family or I have made within the past 27 weeks

Scored this Ergo and Aden + Anais swaddle blankets from Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale. Really and truly wish they were a little more gender neutral (or boyish), but I just couldn't pass up the price

Little dude shorts, slippers and skinny jeans... these are about the cutest things I have ever laid eyes on! Thanks Melissa and Adrian :)

We had to buy something from Disney, so little man got a onesie (left) and a wiener dog onesie (right) from Gap outlet. Scored the hot dog onesie for $2!

Teeny tiny collared shirt & another Gap outlet onesie

Vance insisted on hanging curtains ... finally got around to choosing some out :)

26 weeks

Whoo! 26 weeks, sometimes it feels like this pregnancy is draaaaagging on. Vance and I have done pretty much absolutely nothing for this baby yet, aside from purchasing a few onesies from the Gap Outlet and moving stuff around in "his" room. Heartburn hit me about 2 weeks ago and I know years from now every time I see a TUMS I will be reminded of both of my pregnancies. I do wonder what little man will look like-- those 3/4D ultrasounds are just so strange to me. Next week I go back to work & start my 3rd (and last) trimester --- this is my last pregnancy so I am pretty excited!

25 weeks, 6 days

Brooke wanted to get in on the action, I guess?

Last day at Disney!

Wrapping up our trip! Our last day of Disneyland .. my parents opted out of coming with us this day because  of the insane amount of walking we were doing plus the lack of sleep we were getting was not making for an enjoyable trip. We took advantage of Magic Morning plus we did one last character meal so Brooke could properly say goodbye to everyone :)

Enjoying the view from our room one last time..

I love Disneyland on Magic Mornings ... so empty and tranquil.

Our last trip as a family of three

Like sardines on Dumbo

We were unaware that Toon Town opened one hour after the parks opened. We waited and waited and waited so Brooke could ride "her" red roller coaster for the last few times. Imagine our surprise when we rushed into Toon Town, headed for the roller coaster when Mickey took Brooke's hand and started walking her to his house! She was thrilled!

Vance and Brooke rode this seven times this morning!

Breakfast at Plaza Inn -- little lady wasn't afraid of Rafiki this time around!

We are still a little hesitant about Captain Hook, though. She constantly talks about him now and how he tried to steal her balloon. She is pretty proud of how her baby brother's middle name will (most likely) be James (LOVE this name) and Captain Hook's first name is James! She calls him ________ Captain James Hook

Rushed back over to ride Ariel ride one last time

Completely by surprise we found DONALD DUCK! He is usually nowhere to be found, I am so over the moon that we got a picture with him. I ♥ Donald Duck, he reminds me of Vance

Entrance to our hotel from Downtown Disney!

Will be back later today (or tomorrow) with 26 week updates!

We made another bear ... this time it was much more affordable. Brooke named him, "Teddyy"
